By accessing or using the Linkid platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part, you may not use our services.

2. Definitions

  • Platform: Linkid website and applications
  • User: Individual who registers and uses the platform
  • Industry Partner: Organization/company partnering with Linkid
  • Content: All information, text, images, data uploaded to the platform

3. User Obligations

As a user, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Keep your password confidential and your account secure
  • Not misuse the platform for illegal or unauthorized purposes
  • Not upload false, misleading, or third-party-rights-violating content
  • Not engage in activities that damage or disrupt platform services

4. Platform Services

Linkid provides a platform connecting users (internship/job seekers) with industry partners (job providers). We act as an intermediary and are not responsible for the employment relationship between users and industry partners.

5. Identity Verification

We require identity verification to enhance platform security. Identity documents you provide are used only for verification purposes and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, designs, and features of the Linkid platform are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. Users are not permitted to copy, modify, or distribute platform content without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Linkid is not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to: system failures, data loss, or disputes between users and industry partners.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in activities harmful to the platform or other users.

9. Terms Changes

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of material changes through the platform or email. Continued use after changes means acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
